i'll admit, i'm a girl that is rarely at a loss for words and as i sit here to write this post i realize that there are just not enough words to describe just how brilliant crystal + rae are as a couple and as clients! seriously, we struck gold with them + we knew it was going to be a perfect fit from the very first email crystal sent us + when we actually met with her we were over the moon with excitement. now, a lot of times it works out that only the bride is able to meet with us without her groom but very few brides have made us feel at the meeting that their future husband was actually sitting at the table with us when he actually was not! crystal not only talked about her dude [as she affectionately refers to him!] and told us all about how they met + their really sweet proposal [even giving his version of the stories] but she also brought along the most thoughtful coffee table books filled with images of the two them from their travels + adventures together over the years! we could actually feel his presence + laughter that night during the meeting, not in a weird ouija board game kind of way but in a way that is transcended by a couple that is so connected + shares a love so deep! it was really amazing! okay, so how did we end up shooting their e-session in new orleans?!? well, rae's family is from new orleans + they really wanted a cool spot for their e-session shoot so we were definitely on board when they suggested it as the perfect location! scott headed down last month with adam [our associate] + he was stoked to finally meet rae. it was even crystal's birthday the day of the shoot! here's just a sampling of our favorites from their session....
