malia + jeff were married 5.24.08 at a private waterfront residence in southern florida. we have known of malia (director at jackson fine art photography gallery) for a few years and we were so thrilled to hear that she was getting married and wanted scott to photograph the wedding! the weather was a little tricky the day of the wedding...it started out rainy and then cleared up for the outdoor ceremony and even held out for the first dance but then a massive thunderstorm rolled in and everyone had to bolt into the house to continue the party. that was okay, the house was incredible and everyone still had an awesome evening! destination weddings are always a fun change of pace for scott and he gets really immersed in the energy of the whole wedding weekend. he usually photographs the rehearsal dinner and sometimes even day-after sessions, so that is a whole lotta time he gets to spend with the couples and he usually feels like part of their family by the end of the weekend! this was definitely the case with malia + jeff. scott + adam had a fantastic time with the entire crowd all weekend! here are a few images that we are really loving from their wedding!

ashley + eric were married on 5.17.08 in athens at the founders memorial garden. the weather was perfect for their venue! perfect is actually an understatement... it was the first outdoor wedding that we have had this year where it did not rain or snow and cause everything to be moved indoors! ashley + eric, you both must be weather charmers! scott and adam had a fantastic time working with them and here are just a few that caught our attention while rifling through all the images!
